Damaged Goods/Issues and Refunds – Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you believe the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Please send a photo of the goods on the same day of receiving to info@gravityfarmskenya.com We can then evaluate the issue and if appropriate refund in the form of credit.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to it’s perishability. We do our best to package and ship products in a manner that limits damage.
